Our services
Service scope
Georgia LLC Registration provides business formation support and related administrative assistance for users seeking to form a Georgia limited liability company. Our website currently describes services including name availability checks, Articles of Organization and Transmittal Form preparation and filing support, Georgia registered agent service, Georgia address support, operating agreement template support, EIN assistance, annual registration reminders, and optional add-ons.
Our services are administrative, coordination-based, and support-led in nature. Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not act as your attorney, law firm, or legal representative, and we do not provide legal representation in court, disputes, or regulated legal proceedings.
Acceptance of these terms
By using this website, submitting an enquiry, booking a consultation, making payment, or instructing us to proceed with any service, you confirm that:
- you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions;
- you are authorised to provide the information submitted to us;
- you understand that state fees, third-party fees, and optional service charges may apply separately;
- you accept that government processing times, approvals, and outcomes are outside our direct control.
Eligibility and user responsibility
Client responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that all names, addresses, ownership details, contact information, and other instructions you provide are accurate, complete, and up to date.
You agree to provide all documents, identification, confirmations, and supporting information reasonably required for us to deliver the requested service.
We may rely on the information you provide without independently verifying it unless we expressly agree otherwise.
No guarantee of formation outcome
Filing approval and compliance
We help prepare and submit formation-related documentation, but we do not guarantee that:
- your preferred LLC name will be available;
- the Georgia Secretary of State will approve the filing;
- any EIN application will be accepted without further verification;
- any bank, payment processor, marketplace, tax authority, or third party will accept your company setup;
- your LLC structure is appropriate for your legal, tax, immigration, licensing, or commercial objectives.
Government agencies and third parties may reject, delay, suspend, or request additional information at their own discretion.
Pricing and fees
Service fees and state fees
Our fees are separate from government filing charges, expedited filing fees, courier costs, notarisation costs, translation costs, third-party registered office services, mail handling costs, and any other third-party expenses unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
The website notes the current Georgia online filing fee for Articles of Organization as $100, a typical online processing timeline of around 7 days, and an online annual registration fee of $55, but such public fees and timelines can change without notice.
All quotes, estimates, and proposals are subject to confirmation before work begins.
We reserve the right to revise pricing where:
- the scope changes;
- the client’s structure is more complex than initially presented;
- additional members, managers, jurisdictions, or compliance requirements are introduced;
- expedited, urgent, or after-hours work is requested;
- third-party costs increase.
Payment terms
Payment before work
Unless agreed otherwise in writing:
- consultation fees, where applicable, are payable in advance;
- formation service work begins only after payment is received;
- government filing fees and third-party costs may be collected in advance;
- annual or recurring services such as registered agent support, mail handling, address support, or compliance reminders may renew on a separate billing cycle if agreed with you.
If staged payments are agreed, we reserve the right to pause work until each due amount is paid.
Refunds and cancellations
Cancellation policy
If you decide not to proceed before any substantive work has started, we may refund any eligible amount after deducting payment processing charges, consultation charges, and administrative handling costs.
If work has already started, refunds are not guaranteed. We may retain amounts already earned for time spent on consultation, name review, document drafting, filing preparation, communication, coordination, compliance review, or third-party setup.
Government filing fees, registered agent fees, address fees, courier charges, and other third-party costs are generally non-refundable once incurred.
If a filing is rejected due to information provided by you being incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or unavailable, any re-filing, amendment, correction, or additional support may be charged separately.
If you booked through a third party, payment disputes and cancellations must be handled under that third party’s terms where applicable.
Consultations, response times, and government filing timelines
Consultation bookings
Consultation bookings are subject to availability. Booking a consultation does not itself create a client engagement unless we agree to proceed with the relevant service.
We aim to respond within a reasonable time, but we do not guarantee immediate availability, same-day processing, or a fixed turnaround unless expressly agreed in writing.
Processing times
Any timeline shown on the website or in communications is an estimate only. The website currently references a typical online processing timeline of around seven days, with expedited options potentially available. These timings are controlled by the relevant authority and may change at any time.
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- state processing backlogs;
- agency system outages;
- name conflicts;
- missing or inconsistent information;
- public holidays;
- payment verification issues;
- compliance review by state or federal authorities;
- delays from third-party vendors or partners.
Registered agent and address services
Registered agent scope
Where included or separately purchased, registered agent service is limited to the scope described in your package or proposal. This typically means receiving official service of process and government correspondence at a Georgia address and forwarding or notifying you in accordance with the agreed service model.
Registered agent or address services do not automatically include unlimited mail handling, parcel receipt, office access, banking approval support, commercial lease rights, or permission to represent the address as an operational office unless expressly agreed in writing.
You must keep your contact details current at all times. We are not responsible for missed notices where your email, phone number, or forwarding details are outdated.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate registered agent or address services if:
- fees remain unpaid;
- the service is used for unlawful, misleading, abusive, or high-risk purposes;
- required KYC, identity, or compliance documentation is not provided;
- the service use creates a regulatory, operational, or reputational risk.
EIN assistance and tax-related support
EIN and tax position
We may assist with EIN-related guidance or application support, but issuance of an EIN is controlled entirely by the Internal Revenue Service or the relevant authority.
We do not guarantee tax treatment, pass-through treatment, federal or state tax classification, sales tax obligations, payroll treatment, or treaty benefits. You are responsible for obtaining tax and legal advice suited to your personal circumstances.
Operating agreement templates and documents
Template use
Any operating agreement templates, checklists, letters, or guidance documents provided by us are for general support purposes only unless expressly stated otherwise. They may require adaptation based on your business model, ownership structure, tax treatment, or regulatory needs.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all final documents before filing or use.
Where included, reminder services are courtesy reminders only. You remain solely responsible for deadlines, annual registration, taxes, licences, renewals, reports, and other obligations.
You agree not to use the website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or prohibited activity, or misuse registered agent or address services in any unlawful way.
Intellectual property, third-party links, and privacy

Unless otherwise stated, all text, layout, branding, graphics, process descriptions, service copy, logos, and content on georgiallcregistration.com are owned by or licensed to Bestax Accountants and or its affiliated brands.
You may not reproduce, republish, copy, scrape, modify, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.
External tools and providers
Our website may link to third-party booking pages, form providers, review platforms, payment processors, or government resources. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, uptime, data handling, or content of third-party websites or platforms.
Your information
By submitting information through this website, you agree that we may collect, store, review, and process your information for the purpose of responding to enquiries, delivering services, compliance checks, internal administration, and service communications.
You confirm that any personal information you provide is submitted lawfully and with proper authority.
Limitation of liability, indemnity, and termination
Liability limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis;
- we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss;
- we are not liable for lost profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or reputational loss;
- we are not liable for actions or decisions of government agencies, banks, payment processors, tax authorities, or third parties;
- we are not liable for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by you;
- our total aggregate liability relating to any service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to us for that specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bestax Accountants, Georgia LLC Registration, their officers, employees, consultants, contractors, and affiliates from claims, losses, costs, damages, or liabilities arising out of inaccurate or misleading information provided by you, misuse of the website or services, breach of these terms, or your business activities, tax position, or regulatory non-compliance.
Suspension or termination
We may suspend, decline, or terminate services at our discretion where you breach these terms, payment is overdue, identity or instructions cannot be verified, continuing would create legal or compliance concerns, or abusive or inappropriate behaviour occurs.
Amendments, force majeure, and governing law
Changes to instructions
Any change to the service scope after instruction may require a revised quote, additional timeline, and updated documents. This includes changes to LLC name, ownership structure, member details, address details, tax or banking objectives, filing method, or urgency level.
Force majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including outages, cyber incidents, natural events, pandemics, governmental restrictions, war, labour disruption, or third-party platform failure.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the contracting service provider relationship as stated in your final engagement documentation. Where no separate signed service agreement overrides this clause, disputes relating to website use and general service engagement shall be handled under the laws and jurisdiction specified by Bestax Accountants in the applicable client engagement or invoice terms.
